We look out for one another, leaving no on behind as we grow. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive to join our Healthcare Scholarship & Talent (HST) team. In this role, you will support in the implementation and the administration of the scholarships selection process and workflows, ensuring the consistent application of approved shortlisting criteria and the smooth and timely execution of selection activities. You will also support the administration and coordination of in‑flight and in‑service scholars, including maintaining communication, monitoring academic progression, and processing scholarship‑related requests in accordance with established guidelines. Additionally, you will manage key selection and talent data to drive informed decisions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Scholarships Selection • Support the operational readiness and application of application of approved scholarship shortlisting criteria and targets prior to the start of every scholarship cycle. • Support the shortlisting of a large volume of candidates efficiently and accurately. • Support the administration and implementation of approved selection processes and assessment tools, including coordinating their use during selection cycles to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with established selection frameworks. • Support the implementation of provisional and main scholarship selection cycles to meet public healthcare sector manpower needs. • Support selection operations including arrangement of interviews and assessments, ensure applicants’ provision of complete information, liaison with public healthcare clusters’ HR reps, universities and vendors. • Facilitate board interviews as secretariat, ensuring smooth coordination and documentation. • Managing queries from students and members of public relating to MOHH Healthcare Scholarships. • Prepare approval and procurement papers as needed to support the execution of selection tools initiatives. Scholarship Administration • Manage in-flight and in-service scholars, ensuring they are well-supported, engaged, and informed throughout their scholarship journey. • Maintain regular contact with the scholars, addressing inquiries and processing requests for sponsorships related to Student Exchange programs, Seminars, and Conferences, with recommendations submitted for Management's approval. • Track scholars’ academic progress and work performance, providing support and counselling to those not meeting expectations, and liaising with universities on academic or financial matters as needed. • Support day-to-day operations related to scholarship case management, including monitoring bond compliance, preparing case documentation, and supporting the resolution of routine cases in accordance with established policies. • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to Senior Manager and contribute to discussions on case handling and process improvements.
