About CREATE+ CREATE, which stands for Career Resourcing and dEvelo​pment of Allied health TalEnts, is a non-mandatory centralised employment scheme for allied health professionals (AHPs) employed by MOHH. Since its inception in 2012, the scheme has facilitated career deployment in the community care sector. In 2015, CREATE was enhanced to CREATE+ to broaden its scope, extending allied health services to all types of healthcare organisations and the social services sector. ​ CREATE+ aims to grow and manage a sustainable pool of AHPs under CREATE+ to support the development of allied health services.​ Under the CREATE+ initiative, Physiotherapists an​d Occupational Therapists will be offered a career pathway and development opportunities similar to that offered by the public acute sector. This initiative will be extended to encompass the recruitment of other AHPs in the near future. ​ You will be responsible in providing Occupational Therapy to the patients referred Job Responsibilities • Assess patients referred independently and provide appropriate treatment plans and comply to clinical standards • Timely review of patients, re-assess and modify treatment when necessary for patients • Ensure accurate and updated documentation of patient’s progress and records • Undertake any administrative duties as assigned by supervisor. • Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare members in the multi-disciplinary team • Participate and assist in managing clinical and/or service initiatives • Contribute to departmental in-service training programmes and hospital educational talks • For Senior OT, to assist in providing clinical education of occupational therapy students and supervise junior therapists Job Requirements • Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Team player • Full registration with APHC preferred • Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience for Senior OT
