Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Solid Surface (Corian) Supervisor / Foreman / Foreperson to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both production and installation of solid surface materials, with the ability to lead teams, manage site activities, and ensure high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage daily operations in solid surface (Corian) production and installation • Lead and coordinate fabrication and installation teams on-site and in the workshop • Ensure all work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards • Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and tools efficiently • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks • Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders • Train and guide team members to improve performance and productivity Requirements: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in solid surface (Corian) works • Proven experience in both production (fabrication) and site installation • Previous experience in a supervisory / foreman / foreperson role • Strong knowledge of solid surface materials, tools, and techniques • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings • Good leadership and team management skills • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities • Must be currently available in the UAE • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
