Senior AI Agent Engineer (Agentic Runtime, AI Native, extensible AI Agent, Multi-Agent System, automate software engineering workflow)

Role Summary

We are hiring AI Agent Engineers to drive internal engineering productivity through AI-native tooling and automation. This role focuses on building and deploying agent-based systems that enhance developer efficiency, streamline workflows, and unlock scalable internal capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to identify inefficiencies and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve speed, quality, and scalability of development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agent systems to improve internal engineering productivity
• Develop and adapt agent frameworks for internal use cases
• Automate workflows across code generation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Integrate LLMs and multi-agent systems into internal tools and platforms
• Identify bottlenecks in engineering processes and propose AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy agent-based capabilities at scale
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI/agent technologies and apply them to internal systems

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of software engineering experience 
• Strong experience in backend engineering (Python, Go, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or automation frameworks
• Familiarity with agent architectures, tool use, and workflow orchestration
• Experience with developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or internal platforms is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with a product-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or contributing to agent frameworks or AI-native systems
• Familiarity with open-source agent ecosystems (e.g., Goose or similar frameworks)
• Background in optimizing engineering productivity or platform engineering
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or high-scale distributed systems
