The Role

We're hiring a PayFi PM for a leading global crypto exchange to own and scale their crypto card product — from exchange account to real-world spend.

Job Descriptions

• Lead full card product lifecycle: virtual and physical card issuance, binding, payments, and UX optimization
• Own Visa/Mastercard integration, settlement flows, security and compliance requirements
• Design and refine KYC processes in collaboration with compliance and risk teams
• Work with growth and marketing on user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies
• Manage partnerships with issuing banks, card networks, and payment processors
• Analyze product and user data to drive continuous improvement
• Explore Web3-native innovations: on-chain top-ups, NFT-linked cards, decentralized identity integrations

Requirements

• 3+ years in fintech, payments, or card product management
• Hands-on experience with Visa/MC networks, clearing & settlement, card lifecycle
• Familiar with KYC/KYT, AML standards, and multi-region compliance
• Working knowledge of Web3 — wallets, on-chain transactions, stablecoins
• Strong track record in user growth and cross-functional execution
• Fluent English; comfortable managing international partners
