QA/QC Engineer (Façade Construction) – Singapore

We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality management for façade construction works at a major project in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain project Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Monitor façade installation works, steel structures, waterproofing, sealants, and related construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, witness tests, and acceptance activities for critical and concealed works.
• Manage NCRs, quality defects, corrective actions, and punch list rectifications.
• Inspect incoming materials, review quality documentation, and coordinate material testing where required.
• Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and quality tracking systems.
• Liaise with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients, RTOs, and subcontractors on quality matters.
• Support quality training, continuous improvement initiatives, and project quality objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in QA/QC within façade, curtain wall, steel structure, or building construction projects.
• Familiarity with inspection procedures, ITPs, NCR management, and quality documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards and site inspection processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills with multiple project stakeholders.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects in Singapore is preferred.
