Technical Lead – Data Migration (Graphtalk)

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data migration or technical development roles
• Graphtalk technology experience is a MUST (explicitly flagged as non-negotiable)
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, transformation, and data validation
• Hands-on experience with data migration projects, specifically:Data mapping & profiling exercisesGeneration of data files / data dumps
• Proven experience in the Insurance domain (regulatory, policy, claims, or core system familiarity preferred)
• Skilled in developing & running batch scripts on Windows / Unix platforms
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment with strong priority management (Note: The JD template mentions "Top 3 Mandatory Criteria" but only lists 2.  Key Responsibilities

• Partner with and support the Solution Architect on developmental phases of the data migration project
• Execute data mapping and profiling to assess source-to-target compatibility and data quality
• Lead end-to-end development of the migration program: design, coding, testing, and maintenance
• Build and optimize batch jobs and migration scripts for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT)
• Perform performance tuning on migration batch programs to ensure SLA compliance and system stability
• Generate, validate, and deliver data files/dumps as required by project milestones
