Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead technical pre-sales pursuits across the full Palo Alto Networks portfolio (NGFW, Prisma SASE, Prisma Cloud, Cortex) to drive platform-based adoption.
  • Partner Enablement: Act as the lead technical advisor for Orange Business, training and enabling sales and consulting teams on Palo Alto solutions.
  • Complex Solution Architecture: Design integrated security solutions addressing high-level business challenges involving AI security, SecOps, and cloud security.
  • Executive Engagement: Present security strategies to C-suite and technical stakeholders, translating technical features into actionable business value.
  • Technical Validation: Lead deep technical discussions, product demonstrations, and ownership of advanced Proof of Concept (POC) testing.
  • Bid Management: Support RFI/RFP responses, including the development of detailed technical proposals and Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Pipeline Growth: Partner with account managers to identify "white-space" opportunities and develop competitive strategies to displace competitors.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years of regional (ASEAN/APAC) technical sales or pre-sales engineering experience, preferably within a major security vendor or top-tier MSP/MSSP.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), SASE/SD-WAN architectures, and Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Security Operations Knowledge: Proficiency in Cortex XSIAM/XDR, XSOAR (SOAR), and SIEM technologies.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization and communicate complex tech to C-level executives.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications: Professional-level certifications such as PCNSE or PCNSA are highly preferred.
