Job Description

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: • Desktop Support-L1, (Mandatory) • As an Administrator, you should be able to Monitor the IT Infra structure for its availability, capacity usage, hardware and OS errors and failures • Creations / termination of email accounts and system access rights for new employees and exiting employees • Prepare, issuance and maintenance of IT hard wares for all employees according to job functions and requirements • Handle first-level incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis and attend to Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels • Timely escalation of incidents to higher levels when required • Log file monitoring for errors • Perform daily, weekly and monthly proactive housekeeping and monitoring activities as well as Vendor co-ordination, • Perform basic Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures • Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement • Any other ad-hoc duties or assignments / projects as assigned by the management Requirements • Demonstrated knowledge in the following OS: Windows 7/8/10 and Windows 2008/2012 server • Able to understand and manage Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL databases • Working technical knowledge of Microsoft Office • Demonstrated knowledge of Visual Studio .NET (VB/C#) Education/experience • University degree in Computer related field or 1-2 years IT support related experience • CompTIA, Microsoft, or other recent technical certifications are a plus • Strong written and oral English communication skill • This role is primarily based in Tampines HQ office that also supports the Operations level with ad-hoc traveling to Changi Airport office, duty-free retail stores and 3PL warehouse as and when needed Benefits • We offer attractive salary packages that commensurate with relevant work experience • Annual Leave from 14 days to 18 days • Medical Outpatient insurance coverage • Group Hospitalization and Surgery insurance coverage • Group Dental insurance coverage • Performance bonuses subject to company's and individual's performances
