Product Support Assistant (Contract and Permanent)

Roles & Responsibilities • Receiving of incoming stocks and deliveries • Assist in the transfers / returns of outgoing stocks • Ensuring all documentations relating to inventory movements are in order • Delivering of duty-free orders into departure gate holding rooms prior to gate closing for travelers • Assist in the storage of inventory in the back end storage / office • Assist to top up display stocks at the stores • Assist in IShop Changi fulfilment in the picking and packing of orders • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisors or Retail Managers Requirements • GCE O Level or NITEC • Physically fit and strong to handle movements of heavy loads and carton boxes • Organised and self-motivated • Able to thrive under pressure • Customs compliance and regulations knowledge for Liquor & Tobacco will be an advantage Benefits Attractive Workplace Benefits which includes: • Medical & Dental • Annual Leave Quota • Grooming & Meal Allowance (Up to $230) • Midnight Shift Allowance (If applicable, up to $440) • Joining Bonus ($600) for Local Full-time New Hires (Subject to T&C)
