It is an AI-powered advertising company that helps brands acquire users and scale efficiently through performance-driven marketing solutions. With a strong emphasis on execution and ROI, they support clients throughout the full advertising lifecycle—from campaign strategy and launch to ongoing optimization and performance tracking. They are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a product engineering team and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality software. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, execution, and engineering excellence.

What You Will Do

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery, from planning and prioritization to production, ensuring high quality and timely execution
• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team through regular 1:1s, feedback, performance reviews, and hiring as the team scales
• Establish and continuously improve engineering best practices, balancing speed, quality, and operational excellence
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs proactively
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to align technical execution with business and user needs
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on progress, risks, and delivery decisions

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Senior Engineer or Technical Project Manager with people management responsibilities
• Strong ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on in delivery and technical decision-making
• Experience working in product-driven, fast-growing, or startup environments
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices and systems design
• Excellent communication skills, especially in cross-functional and remote settings
• Comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity, ownership, and rapid iteration
