Finance Manager (Real Estate)

An international property investment and development firm with over 3000 assets spread across 15 countries, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their expanding team at the global HQ level based in Singapore.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the incumbent will be working in a team of 20 staffs. The main duties will include group consolidation, bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, and financial analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or ACCA equivalent
• Post-grad qualifications such as CA, CPA, and Masters would be advantageous
• At least 6 year working experience as the Audit Manager in the Big4 Audit Firm, handling real estate/ property/ asset management/ fund management clients
• Working experience in the real estate / property industry a plus (Candidate without commercial work experience can be considered)
• Working experience with SAP, Oracle, and JD Edwards will be an advantage
