Finance Manager (No Commercial Experience needed)

Our client, a Real Estate investment firm with presence in over 20 countries and a total AUM of over $100 billion is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing team.

As part of an 18-man team, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the full finance operations duties including group consolidation, reporting activities and bank reconciliations. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the incumbent will assist in UAT and other implementation projects.

Successful candidates will get a chance to work alongside leaders and forerunners in the industry for the established organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience, real estate/property firms industry is a plus
• Working exposure in Auditing firms is an advantage, no commercial experience is required if the individual have handled property/ asset magement/ fund management client portfolios
• A candidate with experience in JD Edwards(Oracle), Hyperion (HFM), SAP, BPC is preferred
