Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance

My client is a long‑standing, Singapore‑based investment holding group with regional operations spanning resources, real estate investments, and hospitality‑related assets, seeking for an Assistant Manager to join their Corporate Finance team.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the incumbent will work in a team of 5 staffs. He / She will need to support local and overseas finance team on financial reporting & analysis. The main duties will also include Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), treasury management, corporate finance, review cross-border transactions, assist in group consolidation, handle overseas tax matters & transfer pricing, and tax compliance matters.

Successful applicants will be part of a well-established listed group, gaining exposure to group-level financial reporting, diversified business portfolios, and structured finance processes within a collaborative team environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Post-grad qualifications such as CA, CPA, and Masters would be advantageous
• Min 5 years of finance-related work experience within the Property/ Real Estate industry with 2 years prior work experience in a big 4 audit firm
• Knowledge of overseas tax rules, transfer pricing, and exposure to cross-border operations is preferred
• Experience with Hyperion is an advantage.
