Finance & Tax, Assistant Manager

Our client, an established real estate investment holding group which manages a broad portfolio of strategic investments and assets across Asia, is looking for a Finance & Tax Assistant Manager to join their growing team.

As part of a 6-person team, the Finance & Tax Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

• Preparation and submission of tax filings for overseas subsidiaries.
• Supporting transfer pricing documentation.
• Assisting with FP&A.
• Overseeing financial statements.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the incumbent will also support corporate finance initiatives, review cross-border transactions, and assist with treasury management activities.

Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced environment with a cohesive, high-performing team in a well-established organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or Finance
• Minimum 6 years working experience with at least 2 years within Real Estate/ Property Industry
• Candidates with prior experience in Auditing firm will be an advantage
• Possess strong understand in oversea tax and/or transfer pricing
• Experience with Oracle software will be ideal
• Strong communication skills
