About the Role

Our banking client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their Private Banking Product & Solutions team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working closely with Client Advisers, external partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver a robust suite of wealth products and ensure best-in-class governance. You will drive product due diligence, monitor risk, enhance sales processes, and support product innovation for private banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product selection and end-to-end processes across unit trusts, bonds, insurance, trust/family office solutions, DPM, and financing.

• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing products, partners, and platforms to ensure relevance and competitiveness.

• Work closely with external partners and alliances on product evaluation, due diligence, and market updates.

• Review internal processes and procedures, including transaction workflows, presentation materials, approval documentation, and client follow-ups.

• Ensure all product information is clearly communicated, accurately maintained, and updated in a timely manner.

• Assess product-related risks and monitor LTV (Loan-to-Value) ratios, working closely with Credit and Management teams.

• Partner with Client Advisers to ensure sales processes comply with MAS regulations and Fair Dealing Guidelines.

• Keep internal policies and transaction activities aligned with current regulatory requirements.

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution, or equivalent professional experience.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in private banking product management or wealth management.

• Preferably CACS-certified and/or CMFAS M9, M9A, M5, HI holders.

• Strong knowledge of wealth products, private banking platforms, and industry trends.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
