Senior Finance Executive / Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and audit coordination

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements

• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, intercompany settlements and funding activities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking against financial KPIs

• Develop and implement financial strategies, cost control initiatives and performance targets to support business growth

• Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax authorities (IRAS) and regulatory bodies on statutory and compliance matters

• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA and IRAS requirements, including timely filings and submissions

• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies and documentation processes

• Support Board and management reporting, including preparation of Board papers, resolutions, AGM matters and statutory filings

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CA) is preferred

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore regulatory requirements (ACRA, IRAS, Companies Act)

• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, treasury and audit processes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

• Meticulous, well-organised and able to work under tight deadlines
