Offering Manager (Digital Product) - 12 months Contract

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Product Strategy & Roadmapping

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Conduct market and competitive research to uncover customer needs and business opportunities.

• Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and creation of product specifications.

🔹 Product Development & Delivery

• Drive end to end product lifecycle: planning → development → launch → optimization.

• Translate business processes into digital workflows and intuitive product experiences.

• Manage product release plans, testing, iterations, and performance tracking.

🔹 Business & Operational Excellence

• Utilize strong corporate management background to enhance digital product scalability.

• Optimize workflows and streamline processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

• Ensure product designs align with operational feasibility and long term sustainability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or digital product in Asia pacific regions

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field

• Proven experience in cross team coordination, process optimization, and project delivery.

• Excellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and ability to perform under pressure.

• Candidate must be comfortable to travelling to Asia Pacific regions every quarter
