Job Description

The Visual Designer is responsible for the end-to-end development of festive packaging and retail display concepts, translating brand direction into execution-ready windows and in-store displays that meet defined creative, quality and delivery standards across markets. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop retail display concepts across windows, in-store visuals, seasonal campaigns, festive periods, and promotions in alignment with approved brand direction and timelines • Design packaging artworks across formats including shopping bags, boxes, sleeves, tags and seasonal collaterals • Translate concepts into physical display designs, supporting graphics and presentation materials ready for production • Work across both 2D and 3D formats, ensuring a consistent visual language across packaging, windows and in-store touchpoints • Adapt and refine concepts for market-specific requirements while maintaining global visual consistency and execution quality • Ensure all design outputs are clear, feasible and aligned with approved materials, finishes and proportions • Produce accurate design documentation, installation manuals and visual guidelines to ensure consistent execution across markets • Manage display development from concept approval through to production readiness, including packaging, props and supporting graphics • Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to validate materials, costs, feasibility and timelines ahead of production • Uphold display quality, finish, and accuracy in line with brand standards REQUIREMENTS • Possess Diploma in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design or a related field • Proficiency in 3D software such as Rhino, 3ds Max, Blender, KeyShot or equivalent • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for production-ready outputs • Strong ability to develop physical display concepts with attention to proportion, materiality, colour and finish • Solid understanding of packaging materials, print processes, and production constraints • Experience in packaging and props design is highly advantageous • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
