Job Description

We’re seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual to join our ECommerce Merchandise Planning team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and executing merchandising strategies, while supporting the end-to-end operational workflow for CK.com across multiple markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Local Market teams, to uphold consistently high service standards. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily ECommerce operations to ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment, and delivery across all markets • Manage product listings, including uploads, descriptions, and inventory accuracy on the website • Coordinate with 3PL, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and order dispatch • Monitor website performance and user experience, escalating technical issues to IT teams when necessary • Collaborate with Customer Service teams to resolve order-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction • Ensure accurate and timely updates of product availability across all platforms • Support financial processes, including order reconciliation, refunds, and reporting, in partnership with the Finance team • Maintain accurate stock levels across systems and investigate discrepancies, supporting stock cycle counts and recovery efforts • Drive continuous improvement by participating in cross-functional projects focused on operational efficiency and workflow optimization • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance site performance, product visibility, and alignment with business priorities • Perform administrative tasks and conduct routine audit checks to maintain operational accuracy and excellence • Take ownership of ad-hoc assignments that support broader team and business objectives Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, ECommerce, or a related field • 2-3 years of experience in ECommerce or operations; background in retail, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage • Strong understanding of order fulfilment processes and ECommerce operations • Familiarity with SAP OMS/WMS systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and comfortable working with data analysis tools • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams • Proactive, responsible, and demonstrates strong ownership of tasks • Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of urgency • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn • Interest in fashion and a passion for the retail or ECommerce industry
