Reception & Office Coordinator 12-month contract - renewable! Schedule: Mon–Fri, shifts 9am–6pm / 10am–7pm Location: Central-western part of Singapore Responsibilities • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and mailroom activities. • Act as first contact for workplace queries; support engagement events. • Assist visitors and external stakeholders with on‑site needs. • Oversee office supplies, meeting room bookings, and locker allocation. • Provide updates and reports on workplace conditions and feedback. Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Facilities, Business, HR, or related field preferred. • Atleast 1 - 3 years of releavent experience • Open to fresh graduates! • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. • Experience in facilities management, office admin, or customer service. • Proficiency with tools like Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
