Business Director (F&B Multi-Brand)

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established and growing F&B group to appoint a senior leader to drive the next phase of its expansion. This is a pivotal leadership role with full ownership of business performance, overseeing multiple restaurant brands and leading a sizeable team across operations, finance, HR, and marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the overall business strategy and execution across multiple brands and markets • Drive sustainable growth through new store expansion, franchising, and market entry initiatives • Oversee full P&L management, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency across all outlets • Elevate brand standards, ensuring consistency in customer experience, food quality, and service delivery • Strengthen operational frameworks, including SOPs, performance metrics, and audit processes • Build and lead a high-performing leadership team, fostering accountability and a strong performance culture • Partner with key stakeholders including shareholders, landlords, and franchise partners to support business objectives Requirements: • Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within F&B, hospitality, or multi-unit retail environments • Proven track record managing multi-brand / multi-outlet operations at scale • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L ownership experience • Experience in franchising and/or regional expansion will be highly advantageous • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities • Demonstrated ability to lead senior stakeholders and drive organisational growth How To Apply?
