We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Management Associate to join our team within the insurance sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of daily business processes and providing essential support to our various departments. Client: Insurance Location: CBD Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday) Work arrangement: Full onsite Job responsibilities: • Assist in the processing, data entry, and maintenance of insurance policies, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. • Assist in the end-to-end coordination of business projects, including tracking project timelines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring milestones are met. • Handle the filing, scanning, and archiving of sensitive client information and legal contracts in compliance with local regulatory standards. • Provide administrative assistance to the claims department by verifying documentation and updating internal tracking systems. • Generate regular operational reports using internal databases and software to assist management in performance tracking. • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding operational workflows and documentation status. Skills and requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
