Finance Manager

About the Role:
My Client is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The role will drive financial strategy, support operational decision-making, and ensure accurate, timely reporting across the organisation. This is a hands-on role combining leadership with strong commercial and accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare management reports, financial forecasts, and variance analysis for leadership.

• Oversee budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial performance monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and internal policies.

• Lead finance projects, process improvements, and system enhancements (ERP/automation).

• Mentor and manage junior finance team members.

• Partner with operational teams to provide insights, drive efficiencies, and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or audit.

• Professional qualification preferred (ACCA/CPA/CFA).

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP) and corporate finance principles.

• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Office.

• Leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
