Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst | Data Center / Infrastructure / Logistics

Singapore | Target start: Early 2026

We are partnering with a global tech leader to hire a Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist for their asset management team. This role will focus on driving data-driven insights, building dashboards, and supporting decision-making through data governance and analytics.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working cross-functionally to turn data into actionable insights that enhance operational performance and resource optimization across global data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track asset management performance.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to asset inventory, capacity, and lifecycle management.
• Support data governance initiatives to improve accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
• Collaborate with operations, IDC operations, and finance teams to enhance reporting visibility and efficiency.
• Identify trends and insights to support business planning, cost optimization, and process improvements.
• Automate recurring reporting processes and ensure timely delivery of performance metrics.
• Prepare clear documentation, including data flow diagrams, process guides, and analytical reports.
• Assist in drafting SOPs and reporting templates to ensure alignment and traceability of data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Asset Management — preferably in data center or IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Solid command of SQL, Excel, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and CMDB principles will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Background in logistics, asset management, or data center operations.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, ITAM, ERP, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile workflows.
