What You'll Be Doing

Autonomous driving simulation relies on large-scale, realistic 3D environments, and building them manually doesn't scale. This role sits at the intersection of AI 3D generation and Procedural Content Generation, with the goal of automating how simulation worlds are built, from individual assets to full road-network scenes.

Job Scope:

• Research and implement AI-to-3D generation pipelines using models such as Trellis, TripoSR, Gaussian Splatting, and diffusion-based 3D approaches
• Design procedural algorithms to place and vary assets intelligently along road networks based on HD Map data
• Develop automated post-processing workflows covering retopology, UV unwrapping, texture baking, and LOD generation for real-time simulation readiness
• Leverage generative AI to produce infinite asset variations — solving the repetition problem at scale

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in 3D deep learning, procedural generation, or technical art
• Strong hands-on proficiency in at least one of: AI 3D generation (NeRF, Gaussian Splatting, Diffusion-based 3D), PCG (Houdini / Unity), or geometric processing (PyTorch3D, Trimesh, Blender Python API)
• Proficient in Python and PyTorch; C++ experience a plus
• Publications at top-tier venues (CVPR, SIGGRAPH, ICCV, NeurIPS, ECCV) are a strong advantage
