Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     SAP & Application Management

·       Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and support of SAP systems to ensure high availability and performance.

·       Manage SAP change control processes and system enhancements.

·       Administer user access, roles, and licenses across SAP and related platforms (BW, DFMS, SPSI, Evatic).

·       Maintain SAP master data (e.g., pricing, material master, exchange rates).

·       Ensure timely execution of monthly system activities, including data extraction and closing processes.

2.     IT Infrastructure & Operations

·       Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and communication systems.

·       Support office relocation and infrastructure setup (LAN, cabling, connectivity).

·       Manage SAP remote connectivity and coordinate with telecom/service providers.

·       Ensure smooth operation of global communication systems (voice, data, email).

3.     Project Management & Delivery

·       Lead end-to-end IT and SAP projects from planning to implementation and post-go-live support.

·       Define project scope, timelines, resources, and risk management plans.

·       Monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery within quality standards.

·       Drive system integration, testing, data migration, and process improvements.

4.     Business Partnering & Analysis

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.

·       Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to enhance system adoption.

5.     IT Governance, Security & Compliance

·       Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, audit requirements, and HQ guidelines.

·       Implement and maintain IT security measures to safeguard company assets.

·       Manage IT budget planning, cost control, and vendor spending.

6.     Vendor & Stakeholder Management

·       Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

·       Negotiate contracts and ensure service delivery meets business expectations.

·       Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project updates, risks, and issue resolution.

REQUIREMENTS

•        Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

•        Proven experience managing SAP systems and IT infrastructure.

•        Strong project management experience with full lifecycle delivery.

•        Knowledge of network infrastructure, system integration, and IT security practices.

•        Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•        Experience in vendor management and budget control.
