Project Manager $4.5K - $6K + VB / PMP / Engineering Sector (West Area)

Role summary

• Oversee production, assembly, installation, and commissioning of integrated telecom equipment for offshore/onshore oil and gas clients
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from design through execution to handover
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, technical codes, and departmental Business Continuity Plans

Key duties

• Manage full project lifecycle from design phase to closure, including pre-delivery checks, testing, and handover
• Attend project kickoff meetings to align on scope, schedules, and deliverables
• Coordinate preparation, review, and implementation of project drawings, documents, change orders, and amendments
• Schedule and coordinate engineers and technicians to meet project deadlines
• Prepare and monitor project schedules; liaise with subcontractors and gather supplier information
• Manage pre-delivery testing, on-site installation, termination, and commissioning of equipment
• Conduct technical reviews of plans to ensure compliance with codes and regulations
• Provide accurate monthly project status reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in Project Management, preferably in the Energy, Offshore, or Marine Navigation Systems Sector
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Sound knowledge of quality procedures and relevant regulations
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage
