Electrical Engineer (Maintenance / Jurong Island)

We are seeking a Electrical Engineer with strong experience in power generation, or oil & gas facilities to support electrical maintenance, reliability, operation and project activities. This role is responsible for maintaining the technical integrity, reliability, and safety of electrical systems, with a strong focus on power generation and high-voltage electrical equipment. Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise electrical maintenance activities, particularly in Gas Engine Generator (GEG) systems • Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for electrical equipment and systems • Drive reliability programs to ensure consistent execution of maintenance and minimize equipment downtime • Plan and execute minor electrical CAPEX projects in line with engineering standards • Investigate equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions • Provide technical support to operations and project teams, including expansion projects • Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders on electrical matters • Work closely with Licensed Electrical Workers to ensure compliance and safety • Participate in emergency response and assigned operational roles Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, or power generation facilities • Hands-on experience with high-voltage electrical power systems • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Able to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams How To Apply: If you are a team player, meticulous & organized, and more importantly, believe that YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE, we would like to hear from you.
