Our client, a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join their team as a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP S4 Hana and should able to handle full set of accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the Accounting Services team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial accounting services across a portfolio of entities.
• Oversee financial and management reporting, including monthly accounts, variance analysis, and consolidated reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), internal policies, and statutory or regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external and internal audits, working closely with auditors, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage tax compliance, statutory reporting, and cash flow monitoring to ensure financial accuracy and operational stability.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance analysis to support business planning.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance that support operational efficiency and business growth.
• Drive finance process improvements and lead SAP system enhancements or finance system implementations to strengthen financial governance and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with prior experience in Big 4 accounting firms considered advantageous. Experience in the real estate, retail, or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or MRI systems is advantageous.

• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$8,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
