Job Description

Required Technical Skill Set

·        Scrum Master cum Senior Technical Delivery Lead / Program Manager to drive a multi-year, enterprise-grade Application Modernisation Program involving large-scale legacy transformation, cloud-native re architecture, and simultaneous migration + AMS operations across distributed global teams.

·        Having deep technical judgement, hands-on fluency in both legacy and cloud-native stacks, and proven leadership of large delivery ecosystems (>80 people across vendors/onshore/offshore).

·        Hardcore Technical Fluency in .Net/SQL Server, Java, Azure/AWS, Oracle technology and experience in Technical Architecture of Solution building of new application.

·        Experience in  with Onsite/Offshore Delivery Model, Agile Project Management Methodology, Agile and Scrum Framework Expertise, SDLC Knowledge, Managing AMS project with understanding SLA and other KPIs, Product & Backlog Management Concepts, Risk & Dependency Management, Data & Metrics Reporting and Process Optimization & Automation.

·        This role sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, modern engineering, agile-at-scale, and high-stakes program governance.


Must-Have Skills

·        Enterprise Modernisation Ownership-Own the end to end modernisation roadmap covering rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild, and replacement strategies. Knowledge in Scrum management for application development in Agile Methodology, Scrum Framework with 10+ yrs experience.

·        Technical Leadership & Architecture-Provide hands-on technical guidance across .NET, SQL Server, cloud-native services, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems. Experience in handling large team(80+) based on onsite-offshore model.

·        Agile-at-Scale Delivery-Lead scaled Agile delivery (Multi-team Scrum) across 6–10 squads, ensuring cadence, velocity governance, dependency management, and system-level increments

·        Complex Stakeholder & Vendor Ecosystem Management-Direct 80–120 mixed resources (vendor teams, nearshore/offshore, in-house tech, SMEs), including rigorous performance governance, capacity planning, and commercial management.

·        Program Governance, Assurance & Risk Strategy-Manage multi million dollar budgets, benefits tracking, regulatory alignment, and risk mitigation strategies aligned to enterprise transformation environment along with Risk Dependency.

·        Dual Track Operations Leadership (Migration + AMS)-Prepare high level reporting, architectural assurance packs, go-live readiness scorecards, and non-functional requirements (NFR) compliance evidence. Experienced in Agile Methodologies, Scrum and Agile Tool Proficiency, SDLC & DevOps Awareness, Product & Backlog Management Knowledge, Data-Driven Delivery & Impediment Management

Good-To-Have Skills

·        Depth in Modernisation & Cloud-10–15+ years in enterprise delivery with 5+ years running cloud modernisation programs. Proven experience architecting or overseeing microservices refactoring, API modernisation, data migration, and DevOps transformation at scale.

·        Hardcore Technical Fluency-Hands-on capability in .NET, SQL optimisation, performance tuning, and application architecture. Deep experience with Azure or AWS cloud-native services (containers, serverless, messaging, IAM).

·        Large-Scale Delivery Leadership-Led 80+ personnel across multiple vendors, geographies, and squads in high complexity landscapes.

·        Facilitation Skills-Facilitates Scrum events (Sprint planning, Daily scrum, Sprint review and Sprint Retrospective)

·        Agile + DevOps Mastery-With CSM experience running large-scale Agile trains, not just team-level Scrum. Coaches Scrum Masters, Product Owners and teams to improve maturity and self-organization.

·        Regulatory, Security, and Compliance Experience-Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving & Decision Making

·        Experience working in Retail, BFSI, GovTech, healthcare and Manufacturing Industry, where compliance, audit trails, traceability, and security-by-design are mandatory. Adaptability, Change Management, Collaboration & Team Building
