AS400 Technical Lead

Must Have

• Strong hands on experience with IBM i / AS400 platform.
• Expert knowledge of RPG/RPGLE, COBOL, CL, DB2/400.
• Strong understanding of batch processing, online programs, file handling, and interface integrations.

Description

• Own end to end technical responsibility for AS400 applications, including country specific core banking, lending, deposits, payments, and regulatory systems.
• Ensure stability and performance of RPG/RPGLE, COBOL, CL, and DB2/400–based applications supporting critical banking operation
• Stakeholder Management, Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
• Proven experience in core banking or retail/corporate banking systems
• Strong exposure to multi country banking applications, regulatory reporting, and audit driven environments.
• Experience working in on shore/off shore delivery models for BFSI clients.
