Job Description

Location: South Korea (Full Relocation Support Provided)
Focus Areas: 2nm GAA | HPC | Mobile | Crypto-ASIC

The Opportunity

Join our client a global leader at the absolute vanguard of semiconductor physics. While the world is mastering 3nm, we are architecting the 2nm evolution. As a Process Integration Engineer, you will be the primary architect bridging the gap between advanced R&D and high-volume manufacturing (HVM). You won't just follow a recipe; you will create it for the world’s most powerful AI, Mobile, and Blockchain hardware.

Core Responsibilities

2nm Platform Architecting: Lead the integration of 2nm GAA (Gate-All-Around) transistor architectures for High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Mobile SoCs.

NPI Leadership: Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) for 2nm cryptocurrency-oriented ASIC products, ensuring a seamless transition from tape-out to yield.

Yield & Reliability Mastery: Formulate reliability specifications and QA protocols to ensure 2nm platform stability and long-term performance assurance.

Strategic Customer Interface: Act as the technical lead for Tier-1 global "Big Tech" foundry customers (e.g., Nvidia, Qualcomm, Apple), aligning their design requirements with our manufacturing capabilities.

Advanced Defect Engineering: Resolve complex cross-functional bottlenecks in lithography, etch, and deposition through sophisticated defect analysis.

Requirements

Technical Foundation: Degree in Physics, Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering with a deep understanding of device physics at advanced nodes (under 7nm).

Proven track record in Process Integration (PI) or Yield Enhancement.
Experience in reliability spec formulation and QA is highly valued.

Soft Skills: Strong project management (PJT) skills and the ability to manage high-stakes customer interfaces.

Background from leading global foundries or fabless giants (e.g., TSMC, Intel, Qualcomm, Nvidia) are highly preferred.

Why Relocate to Korea for this Role?

The "Top-Tier" Visa: This role qualifies for South Korea's Top-Tier Visa, offering a 50% income tax reduction for up to 10 years and virtually unlimited residency.

Family-Centric Benefits: Full relocation support for your spouse and children, including specialized assistance with international school admissions and housing.

Housing Assistance: Access to government-backed loan programs (up to 500M KRW) for the Jeonse (lump-sum deposit) system.

Career Trajectory: Positions you as a global subject matter expert in 2nm technology—a credential that will define the next decade of your career.
