IT Manager / Senior Manager (Financial Services)**

**Location:** Singapore / Regional Scope

### **The Role**

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on **IT Manager** to lead our regional infrastructure, security, and vendor ecosystem. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring high-performance IT services while maintaining a robust security posture across the organization.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Infrastructure & Network Excellence:** Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of IT networks and systems. You will lead infrastructure planning, system upgrades, and critical disaster recovery/business continuity initiatives.

* **Security & Compliance:** Establish and enforce IT security policies and governance frameworks. You will ensure the firm meets all regulatory and cybersecurity requirements, managing risk through periodic audits and proactive monitoring.

* **Strategic Vendor Management:** Act as the primary lead for external vendors and software partners. You will handle contract negotiations, manage SLAs, and ensure that all third-party solutions align with business and security standards.

* **Service Desk Leadership:** Partner with external vendors to lead IT help desk operations. You will define KPIs and escalation procedures to ensure seamless end-user support across all regional locations.

### **Requirements**

* **Education:** Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.

* **Experience:** At least 5 years of relevant working experience.

* **Technical Proficiency:** Hands-on experience in network administration, systems management, and end-user support is essential.

* **Compliance Knowledge:** Solid understanding of IT security practices and regional data protection requirements.

* **Vendor Management:** Proven track record of managing external technology service providers and software developers.

* **Industry Preference:** Prior experience within the **Financial Services or Insurance** sectors is a significant advantage.
