About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically competent Project Manager to lead our Metro Power Supply System, Electrical, and Rail Infrastructure projects in Singapore.

This role requires strong project management abilities combined with hands-on technical knowledge in HV/LV systems, power distribution, MRT/LTA standards, and a proven ability to deliver engineering works according to KPIs, timeline, and safety requirements.

You will work closely with engineering, procurement, site operations, subcontractors, and LTA stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring in line with project KPIs.
  • Manage day-to-day operations for Metro Power Supply System / Electrical Infrastructure works.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

    Technical & Electrical Scope
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and T&C (Testing & Commissioning) procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements for HV/LV cables, switchgear, DB panels, transformers, TPS systems and all related electrical components.
  • Support engineering team in technical submissions and document preparation.

    Procurement & Logistics Coordination
  • Work closely with procurement team to ensure timely material delivery according to project milestones.
  • Monitor supplier performance, expedite urgent materials, and handle variations (VO) when required.

    Site Operations
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, safety compliance, and installation quality.
  • Manage site instructions (SI), NCR, RFI, and QA/QC documentation.
  • Resolve site issues promptly with engineering and subcontractors.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare project progress reports, schedules, method statements, and cost tracking updates.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with ISO and internal audit requirements.
  • Handle project close-out, testing, commissioning, handover documents and final accounts.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Liaise with LTA, clients, consultants, and external parties.
  • Manage meetings, resolve technical/commercial issues, and ensure expectations are met.

    Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering / EEE.
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in project management for MRT, LTA, railway, electrical, or power supply projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of HV/LV systems, electrical installation, and trackside works.
  • Experience with T&C, RA, method statements, and electrical site coordination.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and project documentation.
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines and KPI-driven environment.
  • Singaporean or PR preferred.
