About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Project Management professional to lead complex, mid-to-long-term initiatives within a global manufacturing environment. This is a high-visibility role where you will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and technical execution. You will not just manage tasks; you will be an architect of operational change across multiple international sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Translate high-level business goals into actionable project roadmaps. You will drive alignment across diverse functions (Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure global synergy.

• Future-Proofing Operations: Actively identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven recommendations for future capital projects and process improvements.

• End-to-End Lifecycle Management: From initial scoping and budget definition to milestone tracking and final delivery. You will manage sub-projects, define work packages, and lead interdisciplinary teams.

• Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Management Committee. You will navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, managing external consultants, university partners, and internal site leads.

• Compliance & Risk: Ensure all developments adhere to strict Quality Management (QM) standards while protecting Intellectual Property (IP) and ensuring economic viability.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.

• Proven experience in Project Management within Advanced Manufacturing, Semiconductors, or Engineering.

• Familiarity with structured PM methodologies (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Prince2) and Quality Systems.

• Comfortable working across different time zones and cultural contexts.

• Ability to lead through influence. You must be able to coordinate teams that do not report to you directly.
