We’re looking for a Solution Architect who enjoys solving real-world operational problems using technology — connecting systems, automating workflows, and enabling smarter, faster supply chain decisions.

This is not a pure software role. It’s also not purely operations.
It sits right in between.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll design and deliver platforms that power:

• Smart warehouses and fulfilment centres

• Order-to-delivery systems across multiple regions

• Integration between business systems and operational technologies

• Real-time visibility of inventory, movement, and performance

Think: systems talking to machines, data driving decisions, and automation improving speed and accuracy.

What You’ll Do

🧩 Design & Integration

• Architect end-to-end solutions connecting platforms like WMS, ERP, and operational systems

• Design APIs and integration layers that allow systems and devices to communicate seamlessly

• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability across distributed environments

☁️ Cloud & Applications

• Drive modernisation of applications using cloud, microservices, and API-first design

• Guide development teams on architecture, best practices, and deployment strategies

• Work with tools across backend, frontend, and integration layers

🤖 Automation & Operational Tech

• Collaborate with teams implementing warehouse automation, sensors, and intelligent systems

• Enable integration between software platforms and operational environments

• Evaluate and adopt technologies that improve efficiency and visibility

📊 Data & Insights

• Enable systems that generate actionable insights on operations

• Support dashboards and reporting for performance tracking and decision-making

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to candidates from different backgrounds, as long as you can connect systems and think architecturally.

You might come from:

• Solution / Enterprise Architecture

• Software Engineering (stepped into architecture)

• Supply Chain Technology / Logistics Systems

• Industrial or IoT integration environments

You’ll Likely Have

• ~7–12 years experience in technology, architecture, or system integration

• Experience working with enterprise platforms or large-scale systems

• Understanding of APIs, system integration, and modern application design

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
