Engineering Manager / Project Manager (Fuel Systems Design | ACMV Projects)

• Office location: East (May required to travel to site)

  • Senior Design Engineer / Engineering Manager (Piping- Fuel System)

  • ACMV Engineer / ACMV Manager - Project
    

Role 1: Senior Design Engineer / Engineering Manager (Piping- Fuel System)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of fuel storage, transfer, and supply systems based on project requirements.

• Review tender specifications, technical requirements, and project documentation.

• Prepare fuel system layouts, site layouts, piping schematics, and engineering drawings.

• Perform engineering calculations and ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards.

• Prepare technical proposals and design submission documents for client and consultant review.

• Liaise with suppliers and vendors on equipment selection and technical matters.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout project execution.

• Review installation drawings and provide technical support during implementation.

Role 2: ACMV Engineer / ACMV Manager - Project

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV projects from planning, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower deployment, and overall project performance.

• Coordinate closely with consultants, clients, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Review technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and project documentation.

• Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, quality, and safety requirements.

• Manage variation orders, progress claims, project reporting, and contract administration.

• Resolve technical and site issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in either:

  • Fuel Storage & Supply Systems / Piping Design Engineering, OR

  • ACMV / HVAC Project Management.

• Experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, utility, oil & gas, aviation fuel, or building services projects will be advantageous.

• Strong understanding of engineering design, project coordination, and stakeholder management.

• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and engineering requirements.

• Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, clients, and suppliers.
