About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who combines strong product thinking with payment and risk awareness to drive product innovation across our global digital platform.
This role will be responsible for building scalable product features, improving user experience, and ensuring secure and reliable payment journeys. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Risk, Payment, Design, and Operations teams to deliver user-centric and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Core Product Management
Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with business goals.Gather and translate business requirements, user feedback, and market insights into product solutions.Design user journeys, product flows, and feature specifications for mobile and web platforms.Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality product releases.Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and feature delivery lifecycle.Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve product experience.
Payment Product Ownership
Own payment-related product capabilities including checkout experience, payment routing, and payment integrations.Optimize payment conversion rates and transaction success rates.Work with payment partners and internal teams to support global payment expansion.Identify and improve friction points across the payment journey.
Risk-Aware Product Design
Integrate risk control mechanisms into product flows while maintaining seamless user experience.Design features supporting user verification, transaction monitoring, and payment protection.Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to translate risk strategies into product capabilities.Support dispute prevention and user protection initiatives.
Data & Product Performance
Define and track product KPIs including:Conversion rateUser engagementPayment success rateTransaction risk indicatorsUse data analytics and experimentation to drive product optimization.Conduct A/B testing and feature performance evaluation.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Engineering, Design, Risk, Payment, Marketing, and Customer Operations teams.Align product strategies with compliance and payment partner requirements.Support product launches and international market expansion.

Requirements
Product Management Experience
3–6+ years of Product Manager experience in mobile apps, digital platforms, fintech, or e-commerce.Strong understanding of mobile app product development lifecycle.Experience designing user-centric product flows and features.Experience managing product backlog and working in Agile environments.

Payment & Risk Domain Knowledge
Experience working with payment systems or risk-related product features.Understanding of digital payment lifecycle and transaction flows.Familiarity with fraud prevention, dispute handling, or transaction monitoring concepts is preferred.Knowledge of AML/KYC processes is a plus.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong data-driven decision-making ability.Experience working with product analytics tools.Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.

Soft Skills
Strong product thinking and problem-solving ability.Ability to balance user experience, growth, and risk control.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.

Nice to Have
