Responsibilities:

Perform application deployments for Java and .NET applications across on premises and cloud environments using Octopus Deploy and Kubernetes
Develop scalable backend services using Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
Implement integration solutions using Apache Camel and enterprise messaging frameworks
Design and implement ORM solutions with Hibernate and auditing frameworks such as Envers
Support core banking systems including T24, TAP, Murex, and Temos
Perform production support activities including issue diagnosis, root cause analysis, and resolution
Execute data patches and manage database related activities in Oracle and MySQL
Improve application readiness and deployment efficiency through automation initiatives
Develop and maintain shell scripts and CI CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and SVN
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth release cycles

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
Strong programming skills in Java 8 or above
Hands on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful web services
Experience building microservices based architecture
Knowledge of ORM frameworks such as Hibernate and auditing frameworks like Envers
Experience with integration frameworks such as Apache Camel
Relevant certifications in DevOps, Cloud, or Java technologies are an advantage
Strong experience managing SIT, UAT, and Production environments in enterprise setups
Hands on experience with Octopus Deploy for application deployments
Practical experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration
Strong experience in supporting core banking systems such as T24, Murex, and related platforms
Understanding of AML, KYC, Tax compliance, and regulatory frameworks
Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues under pressure
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross functional teams
