Software Testing Engineer (Triple A Plus Banking Platform) Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end performance testing activities including requirement analysis, test planning, environment setup, workload modelling, script development, execution, monitoring, reporting, and performance signoff.
• Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, scalability, and volume testing for banking and wealth management applications, including Triple A Plus platform implementations and integrations.
• Analyze Triple A Plus modules including Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, Relationship Management, Order Management, Client Reporting, and downstream banking integrations.
• Develop and maintain automated performance testing frameworks using LoadRunner and Apache JMeter.
• Perform performance testing of Web Applications, Mobile Applications, APIs, Mainframe Systems, Web Services, and CRM platforms.
• Validate system performance for SOAP and REST API integrations across banking ecosystems.
• Execute performance testing in cloud and containerized environments including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Monitor application performance using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and other APM tools to identify bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis.
• Support CI/CD implementation by integrating automated performance tests within Jenkins pipelines.
• Perform capacity planning and scalability assessments for business-critical banking applications.
• Analyze database performance, middleware behavior, JVM performance, network latency, and application architecture impacts.
• Support release readiness assessments and production performance validation.
• Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, recommendations, and executive summaries for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar relevant education background preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, and Performance Engineering.
• Strong experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, treasury, and capital markets domains.
• Hands-on experience with Triple A Plus (Temenos Wealth Management Platform).
• Strong expertise in performance testing tools, LoadRunner, Apache JMeter
• Strong knowledge of, SOAP APIs, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, Java Applications, Mainframe Systems
• Experience with, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Microsoft Azure
• Expertise in performance monitoring tools, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk
• Experience in test automation using Selenium, Appium
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, GitHub.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience supporting large-scale banking transformation, migration, integration, or acquisition projects.
• Experience with Temenos Wealth Management solutions.
• Exposure to Core Banking, Cards, Payments, Treasury, Wealth Management, and Investment Banking platforms.
• Experience working in multinational banking environments.
