Systems Engineer (BMC Helix)

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and customize modules within BMC Helix ITSM.
• Develop and implement workflows, forms, and automation using Helix tools.
• Integrate BMC Helix with other enterprise systems through REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with functional and infrastructure teams on enhancements and upgrades.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in BMC Helix development or enhancement.
• Strong understanding of BMC Helix architecture, workflows, and configurations.
• Experience with REST API integrations and automation scripts.
• Familiar with ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
