Job Description

Role And Responsibilities • Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, course content, and event graphics. • Social Media Graphics and Ads: Create engaging social media graphics and advertisements to promote our programs and events. • Event Graphics: Design event-related graphics, including banners, posters, and digital materials for both online and in-person events. • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to @ASK Training's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all projects. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to produce fresh and engaging content. • Social Media Posting: Scheduling / Posting of Graphics in social media platforms. • Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications And Education Requirements • Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required if the candidate has relevant experience and a strong portfolio. Preferred Skills • At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design. • Experience: Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography and branding in designing performance-driven ad creatives for platforms like Google, Facebook and LinkedIn • Technical Skills: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and other relevant tools. • Creativity: Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail. • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members. • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Knowledge of basic motion graphics or UI/UX is a plus
