• Teaching Experience • Requirement: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in adult education or workforce development, preferably in HR, talent management, or AI-related courses. • Details: • Proven ability to deliver WSQ or competency-based training. • Experience conducting both in-person and online training. • Positive track record of learner engagement and course satisfaction. • Industry Expertise • Requirement: Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or Organisation Development with AI application exposure. • Details: • Practical knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, L&D, performance management, and manpower planning. • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or DeepSeek to support HR-related decision-making. • Familiarity with productivity metrics, skills frameworks, and workforce analytics. • Relevant Qualifications • Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related fields. • Details: • ACTA/ACLP certification is mandatory. • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, IHRP) and/or certification in data analytics or AI applications in HR are advantageous. • Certifications • Requirement: Relevant and current HR or AI-related certifications. • Details: • Certifications in AI and prompt engineering, workforce analytics, or digital HR systems are highly regarded. • Ongoing professional development in AI adoption or digital transformation in HR is preferred. • Additional Skills (Optional but Advantageous) • Requirement: Skills that strengthen applied learning and AI adoption in HR contexts. • Details: • Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, DeepSeek for HR tasks like recruitment automation, performance reviews, and workforce forecasting. • Strong understanding of PDPA, ethical AI use, and compliance in HR. • Ability to design and deliver project-based assessments and real-world HR scenarios.
