Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Curriculum Support Administrator to join our Curriculum Department. This role provides administrative support to ensure course materials and learning systems meet rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Vet and review courseware (Learner Guides, Trainer Guides, PowerPoint slides, Assessment Plans) for accuracy, formatting, and compliance.
• Cross-reference documents to ensure alignment between learning outcomes, teaching activities, and assessments.
• Update content and refresh visuals in PowerPoint templates.
• Monitor assessments and LMS records; act as invigilator during assessments. \
• Coordinate with internal teams, respond to queries, and support curriculum-related projects.
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities; proactive and adaptable.
• Minimum 1 year in administrative or education/training environments preferred.
