Job Description

Our client, a leading global technology company behind one of the world’s largest digital ecosystems, is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant with experience managing multiple calendars to manage and coordinate complex, multi-time-zone calendars with precision and efficiency. This is a contract role ending on 30 June 2027. Mode: Fully Remote Responsibilities • Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zones, prioritizing competing demands, and coordinating internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders. • Handle end-to-end travel management for senior leadership, including multi-leg international itineraries, flight bookings, accommodation, ground transportation, and preparation of detailed travel plans. • Coordinate executive visits, leadership offsites, and business events, including venue sourcing, supplier engagement, catering arrangements, and on-site logistics. • Manage expense submissions and financial administration on behalf of senior leaders, ensuring timely and accurate processing through corporate expense platforms. Requirements • 2 to 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting multiple calendars for senior stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, executive travel, and high-volume coordination activities. • Experience managing expense claims. • Experience supporting stakeholders across different time zones will be a plus. • Experience in a technology or multinational corporate environment will be a plus. • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. • Experience coordinating executive visits and managing external vendors or suppliers. • Familiarity with modern workplace productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint or equivalent collaboration platforms).
