Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of product managers and cross-functional team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and vision for your tribe, identifying opportunities for product improvements and innovation.
Drive achievement of the key outcomes & the product strategy, by prioritizing features, iterations & experiments.
Continuously monitor performance, analyze data, and iterate on product features, obsess over driving optimal outcomes
Play a key role in our overall strategic product vision.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to drive the successful execution of product initiatives. Take leadership in GTM and driving successful product launches.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

8+ years of demonstrated experience in product management roles, preferably within B2C tech, e-commerce or related industries.
Proven track record of leading successful product teams and delivering high-impact products to market.
Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, JIRA.
Good understanding of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Experience in coaching, providing performance feedback, and development plans.
