Responsibilities:

Drive achievement of the key outcomes & the product strategy, by prioritizing features, iterations & experiments
Establish North Star metrics and Key product metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of product initiatives. Continuously monitor performance, analyze data, and iterate on product features, obsess over driving optimal outcomes
Translate user needs, research insights, and business goals into clear product requirements
Partner with frontend engineers to deliver responsive, high-performance interfaces
Define and track UX metrics (e.g., conversion, engagement, retention)
Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to continuously improve the product
Ensure consistency across design systems and user interactions.

Requirements:

5-8 years of demonstrated experience in product management roles, preferably within B2C tech, e-commerce or related industries
Proven track record of leading successful product teams and delivering high-impact products to market
Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, JIRA
Good understanding of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
