Responsibilities:

Act as the primary financial advisor to the General Manager and sales team, driving disciplined decision-making and actively contributing to market strategy, pricing, profitability analysis, and new market entry assessments to ensure alignment between financial and business objectives.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities, provide forward-looking insights, and ensure finance is involved early in key business decisions.
Establish and optimize financial processes, reporting, and analytical systems to support complex distributor and indirect sales channels, creating a strong financial foundation for scalable growth.
Coordinate financial reporting, reconciliation, and communication between China headquarters and regional markets to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Oversee financial controls across the APAC/SEA region, ensuring full compliance and the integrity of financial data.
Build and lead a high-performing regional finance team to support long-term business success.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in commercial finance, business partnering, and regional operations.
Proven experience supporting sales teams and senior leadership, with the ability to influence strategic decisions through financial insights.
Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements across APAC/SEA markets.
