Product Manager – Smart Factory / Industrial Automation (Semiconductor)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead projects in smart manufacturing and industrial automation for high-tech production environments. This role combines customer engagement, technical solution development, and project delivery, working closely with both clients and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Management

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify and secure new projects.

• Understand client requirements, scope projects, and determine necessary components, software, and integrations.

• Develop prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions and present to clients for approval.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and follow up to close projects.

• Oversee project execution including production, assembly, delivery, installation, and testing.

Vendor & Component Coordination

• Source vendors and suppliers for components or services and negotiate costs and delivery timelines.

• Track project progress to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

• Prepare cost estimates covering components, external services, and internal resources.

Technical & Process Initiatives

• Design mechanical fixtures, jigs, or tools to improve manufacturing processes and safety standards.

• Work closely with internal engineering teams on automation and digitalization initiatives.

• Lead, guide, and develop team members to ensure high performance and accountability.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor environments.

• Knowledge of automation, IoT, and AI technologies is a plus.

• Strong project management, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.

• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and oversee complex project delivery.
